• Must be straight 
• No seams, worm holes, dead wood or forks permitted 
• Knots must be cut flush 
• All diameters are measured between the barks 
• No rot accepted in any studwood deliveries
• 8-foot stud: 8'2" to 8'6"
• 9-foot stud: 9' to 9'4"
• 10-foot stud: 10'2" to 10'6"

      TREE LENGTH 

• Knots must be cut flush 
• Dead trees and forks are not acceptable 
• All butts must be cut flush 
• All diameters are measured between the barks 
• Quality #1: no more than 5% rot 
• Quality #2: no more than 10% rot 

      PULPWOOD 

• Wood must not be older than 3 months 
• Quality #1: no more than 20% rot 
• Quality #2: no more than 30% rot
